Join this casual gathering of knitters and crocheters every Thursday from 9:00 – 11:00 AM to work on projects and share skills in a friendly atmosphere. Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies and projects or borrow the Library’s needles and yarn. All skill levels are welcome, including beginners who are interested in learning. Mental health is not just the absence of mental disorders—it is what enables us to deal with daily stress and tension in better ways. As part of the "Be Conscious" series of legal awareness programs offered by the Library, we are pleased to offer a lecture on mental health, held in cooperation with the Mental Health Friends Association Weyak. We will discuss mental health and the importance of caring for it, followed by an explanation of Law No. (16) of 2016 regarding mental health, which reflects the extent of the State of Qatar’s interest in caring for individuals' mental health.
