Samer Karroum, Translator at Al Jazeera Media Network, will speak about his experience in translating Russian literature of the author Leo Tolstoy for whom he translated many works into Arabic such as A Confession and The Death of Ivan Ilyich. Leo Tolstoy is the author of the literary epic War and Peace and the acclaimed novel Anna Karenina. This event is for all those interested in Russian literature and in Leo Tolstoy as a writer and as a human.
