Let’s celebrate Pi Approximation Day! This day is dedicated to the mathematical constant pi (π). Various activities will be displayed that will introduce, recognize, and celebrate this widely known mathematical constant, π, an irrational number. You need not to be a math enthusiast to join us, just come and celebrate with us! Who knows this might be a fun way to introduce pi to you!

Thinking of a PhD topic or hitting a dead end with your research methodology. Or emotionally and mentally drained because it is so challenging to get the data; don’t know how to proceed further?

This workshop will introduce Google Drive, one of the main cloud computing tools to patrons. This training will also give a good entry into a world of cloud computing.

We will make art by using recycled material.

Brainteasers will be displayed and the public can freely choose what they want to try and play. These mind activities will challenge logical thinking and increase mental strength.

This workshop highlights how the content on different social media channels should be written in order to efficiently communicate with the target audience and to attract more followers.

**Due to the large attendance by children and parents, Qatar National Library announces another day Tuesday, July 17th (3:30-6:30 pm), to receive your children’s books for exchange! You can bring the books your children have already read to the Children's Library where you get a ticket with the date for swapping them with new titles!**

Children's book author Sheikha Al Zeyara will conduct (your key for writing workshop) to teach writing techniques to children and parents.
